Apply with the full picture提交完整信息
Sellers share the asking price, a reporting period, revenue, operating costs, weekly workload and the assets included. Applying is free.卖家提供要价、统计周期、收入、运营成本、每周工作量以及包含的资产。申请免费。
Evidence review证据核验
The operator checks ownership (domain, code repository, store or payment accounts) and supporting financial records with the seller — e.g. Stripe/Paddle/Lemon Squeezy exports, App Store Connect or Google Play reports, payout statements. This is a manual review, not an automatic revenue connection.运营者与卖家一起核对所有权（域名、代码仓库、应用商店或收款账户）和财务记录——例如 Stripe/Paddle/Lemon Squeezy 导出、App Store Connect 或 Google Play 报表、提现记录。这是人工核验，不是自动接入收入数据。
Written verification note书面核验说明
A published note states what was checked, how, and for which period. An application is never published just because numbers were submitted.公开的核验说明会写明核对了什么、如何核对、覆盖哪个时间段。仅提交数字不会被直接发布。
Live for 90 days挂牌 90 天
Approved listings are published for 90 days with no automatic renewal. During the pilot, the first sellers are verified and listed free.通过的挂牌公开展示 90 天，不自动续期。试点期间首批卖家免费核验与挂牌。
Buyer introductions买家对接
Buyers share their budget, experience and questions. The operator reviews each inquiry and introduces suitable buyers by email. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response or a sale.买家提交预算、经验与问题。运营者审核每条询价，并通过邮件介绍合适的买家。提交询价不代表一定会得到回复或成交。
Agree and transfer independently双方自行成交与交割
Buyer and seller do their own due diligence, sign a written contract, and arrange payment and asset transfer between themselves (a third-party escrow service is recommended). ProofMarket does not hold acquisition funds or provide escrow.买卖双方自行尽调、签订书面合同，并自行安排付款与资产转移（建议使用第三方托管服务）。ProofMarket 不经手交易资金，也不提供托管。
What “verified” means — and does not mean“已核验”意味着什么，不意味着什么
It describes a review of specified evidence at a point in time. It is not an audit, an endorsement, a guarantee that ownership is free of claims, or a promise of future performance. Buyer diligence remains essential.它表示在某个时间点对指定证据进行了审阅。它不是审计、不是背书、不保证所有权不存在争议，也不承诺未来业绩。买家仍需自行尽调。
Keep the metrics comparable统一指标口径
Monthly revenue = average over the disclosed period, after refunds and excluding collected sales tax. Profit deducts recurring operating costs; founder pay and other exclusions are stated. Monthly revenue is not automatically recurring revenue.月收入 = 所披露期间的月均收入，扣除退款、不含代收税费。利润扣除经常性运营成本；创始人薪酬及其他排除项需说明。月收入不等同于经常性收入（MRR）。

What we will not list我们不会挂牌的项目
- Businesses without verifiable revenue evidence or clear ownership.没有可核验收入证明或所有权不清晰的项目。
- Grey-hat traffic, trademark-dependent clones, or undisclosed paid-acquisition dependence.灰产流量、依赖他人商标的仿品，或未披露的付费获客依赖。
- Anything illegal where the seller or buyer is based.在买卖任一方所在地违法的项目。
