Thousands of small software products — SaaS tools, AI wrappers, mobile apps, templates, newsletters — earn real money but never find a buyer when their makers move on. Many are built by Chinese-speaking indie developers whose customers are overseas, while the buyers who want them speak English and cannot easily judge what they are looking at.大量小型软件产品——SaaS 工具、AI 应用、手机 App、模板、Newsletter——在真实赚钱，却在开发者想转向时找不到买家。其中很多由中文独立开发者打造，客户在海外；而想收购的买家说英文，很难判断这些项目的真实情况。
ProofMarket closes that gap with a deliberately manual process: an operator checks ownership and revenue evidence, writes down exactly what was verified, presents the business clearly in both languages, and introduces serious buyers.ProofMarket 用刻意保持人工的流程来弥合这一差距：运营者核对所有权和收入证明，写清楚到底核验了什么，用中英双语清晰呈现项目，并介绍认真的买家。
Two tracks两个方向
Acquire established businesses — small software businesses with verified revenue, listed for sale (marketplace).收购成熟项目——已有收入并经核验的小型软件项目，整体出售（市场）。
Discover early-stage projects — promising early projects presented from an investor’s perspective, to help good founders find better-matched investors (early-stage). This track is display, verification and manual introductions only:发现早期项目——以投资人视角呈现有潜力的早期项目，帮助优秀的创始人找到更匹配的投资人（早期项目）。该板块仅提供展示、核验与人工引荐：
- Founder submits the project (free).创始人提交项目（免费）。
- Operator verification: traction evidence, ownership and identity; each metric marked verified, partly verified or founder-reported.运营者核验：数据证据、所有权与身份；每项指标标注已核验、部分核验或创始人自报。
- Anonymised investor-memo profile, published only after the founder approves it.发布匿名的投资备忘录式介绍，须经创始人确认。
- Investors apply, self-declare qualified / professional investor status and are reviewed.投资人提交申请、自我声明合格 / 专业投资者身份，并接受审核。
- Manual introduction by email — only when the founder agrees.人工邮件引荐——仅在创始人同意时进行。
- The parties negotiate directly, offline, with their own advisers. No money passes through ProofMarket.双方在线下、在各自顾问协助下直接洽谈。资金不经过 ProofMarket。

Principles原则
- Clarity before commitment — revenue, costs, workload and risks first.承诺之前，先看清楚——先讲收入、成本、工作量和风险。
- Say what was checked — every listing has a written verification note.说清楚核验了什么——每个挂牌都有书面核验说明。
- Examples stay labeled — we never blur fictional examples and real listings.示例始终标注——绝不混淆虚构示例与真实挂牌。
- We never touch the money — no escrow and no investments taken; buyers and sellers, founders and investors deal directly.不碰任何资金——不托管、不接受投资；买卖双方、创始人与投资人均直接往来。
Status现状
ProofMarket is an early pilot. There are no verified live listings yet; the six listings on the homepage and the three early-stage projects are fictional examples. The first sellers are verified and listed free. No payments are taken on this site.ProofMarket 目前处于早期试点阶段，尚无已核验的真实挂牌；首页的六个挂牌和三个早期项目均为虚构示例。首批卖家免费核验与挂牌。本站不收取任何付款。
