- Early-stage project submissions (founders): name, email, optional WeChat ID, project name and link, one-line description, stage, sector, problem, traction figures, proof you can provide, team, funding range sought, use of funds, company status, notes and your consents.早期项目提交（创始人）：姓名、邮箱、选填的微信号、项目名称与链接、一句话介绍、阶段、领域、要解决的问题、数据表现、可提供的证明、团队、期望对接的资金规模、资金用途、公司状态、补充说明及你的同意。
- Investor applications: name, email, optional WeChat ID and location, investor type, organisation, profile link, investment focus, typical cheque size, the basis of your qualified / professional investor self-declaration, projects of interest, notes and your declarations and consent.投资人申请：姓名、邮箱、选填的微信号与所在地、投资人类型、所属机构、公开介绍链接、关注方向、常规投资金额、合格 / 专业投资者自我声明的依据、感兴趣的项目、补充说明及你的声明与同意。
- Buyer interest: name, email, budget range, categories of interest, notes and your consent.买家意向：姓名、邮箱、预算范围、感兴趣的类别、补充说明及你的同意。
- Emails you send us, and evidence you choose to show during verification.你发给我们的邮件，以及你在核验中自愿出示的证明材料。

How forms are delivered表单如何传送
When you submit any form on this site (seller, buyer, early-stage founder or investor), the data you enter is sent to Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form-processing service, which processes it and delivers it to the operator’s email address (thaigore@gmail.com). If the form cannot be sent, you can instead send the same details from your own email app (prefilled email). How we use it我们如何使用
To review applications, verify listings, publish approved listings, match buyers with listings, arrange introductions and reply to you. Contact details are never shown on public listings. We share a buyer’s or seller’s details with the other side only for an introduction you asked for or agreed to. Early-stage project profiles are published only in anonymised form and only after the founder approves the text; a founder’s identity, contact details and full materials are shared only with a reviewed investor the founder has agreed to be introduced to, and an investor’s details are shared only with founders for intros the investor requested. We keep submissions while needed for the pilot and delete them on request, unless we must keep a record by law. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us.我们在试点所需期间保存提交内容，并会应你的要求删除，法律要求保留的除外。你可以发邮件要求查阅、更正或删除你的数据。
Governing law适用法律
This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith by email; if that fails, it may be submitted to a competent court at the operator’s location (Tianjin, China), unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum.本政策适用中华人民共和国法律。如发生争议，双方应首先通过邮件友好协商解决；协商不成的，可提交运营方所在地（中国·天津）有管辖权的人民法院处理，但法律强制性规定另有管辖的除外。
